How We Works

We work with children from their foundation years to help them grow into professionals. Our commitment is to support the next generation with tools to create a healthier and stronger nation that would respect and recognize sports like any other discipline.

We partner with like-minded schools, universities and brands who want to promote sports and give full support to children playing sports. We adopt public schools and promote a selected sport in the school. We scout talent, support and sponsor them for future training and studies

We organize small and large scale tournaments to give maximum exposure to kids to play competitions. Our pool of mentors and coaches have accredited experts with global performance in health and fitness, strength and conditioning, diet and nutrition and mental health professionals. In addition to that our team has diverse people like entrepreneurs, educationists etc.

Play for Joy

‘Play for Joy’ is an initiative to promote grassroots sports in schools. This initiative aligns with India’s vision to help facilitate becoming a fitter and healthier nation. By providing our nation's youth a platform to showcase their skills with sports, which provides the opportunity to identify and nurture talent from an early age. The program collaborates with private schools, government schools and orchestrates for play areas where children and communities can enjoy and learn.

Play for Nation

With ‘Play for the Nation’, amateur players are given exposure at International tournaments and are eligible for Scholarships and Sponsorships. Any player who meets the threshold criteria will be put in contact with sports organizations that have state of the art facilities for training and excellence to further develop themselves and their career in sports.

Play to Earn

‘Play to Earn’ focuses on skill development of sports persons and sports lovers to provide the qualifications and skills to be ‘job-ready’ in the sports industry. We help convert Passion to Profession. The sports industry as a whole has expanded significantly and opened many more job opportunities. We put the candidates through right training and placement in the industry through our industry partners SPORJO.
